Teams arrive during assigned time windows that are carefully staggered to prevent crowding and long wait times. Volunteers or coaches assist by directing teams through clearly marked staging zones, supported by helpful signage and staff guidance to keep the process smooth and efficient.

Indoor/Outdoor Flexibility

Because Minnesota weather can be unpredictable—with rain, wind, cold, or humidity always a possibility—we always prepare indoor options to ensure photo day stays on schedule. Our indoor setups feature a variety of background choices, including solid colors and sports-themed backdrops, allowing for a consistent look and quality even if the location changes.

Photography Stations & Flow

Photo sessions begin with individual sports portraits, where players step into well-lit stations designed for flattering poses and minimal wait times. Team shots follow, with groups organized and guided on posture for efficient, polished photos that minimize athlete fatigue. Optional buddy or sibling photos are available upon request if both athletes are present. Our photographers use professional lighting and equipment suited for both indoor and outdoor settings, guaranteeing consistent image quality regardless of conditions.
